About Me

I'm a Civil Engineering graduate from Queen's University, with a focus on Coastal Engineering and numerical modeling. In particular, I love working with physical models as well as anything written in MATLAB or using Delft3D. I've also worked with HEC-RAS, Mike 21, and SWMM software packages.

I'm currently completing my PhD in Water Resources Engineering at Queen's University under the supervision of Dr. Ryan Mulligan, Dr. Ana Maria da Silva, and Dr. Yves Filion, with additional supervision by Dr. Leon Boegman and Dr. Pascale Champagne. I'm working on understanding the hydrodynamics of shallow, wind driven bodies of water using Delft3D and field validation. This has involved a detailed study of a wastewater management pond, in partnership with Loyalist County, as well as a back-barrier estuary in North Carolina.

Otherwise, I love camping, canoeing, biking, and skiing! For more details about some of the things I've done, please see my Resume and CV; or feel free to get in touch with me:
